Old Orchard Country Club is one of the best-conditioned and challenging courses in the Chicago area. We offer a country club experience to the general public; and personal service and course conditions that rival private clubs.
Old Orchard was established in 1932 by the Wickersham family, then in 1952 was purchased by the Newman family and in 1999 was purchased by the Prospect Heights Park District, who made a commitment to continue offering country club service and conditions to the general public.
Old Orchard is a mature and challenging course with narrow fairways. The terrain is slightly rolling, and water hazards come into play on at least nine different occasions.

Driving Directions:
FROM CHICAGO:
Take I-94 West (Edens Expressway) to Lake Street West (Lake becomes Euclid Avenue). Continue west on Euclid to Rand Road. Turn right onto Rand Road.
From Rand Road, turn right onto Schoenbeck. Follow to course. Entrance will be on the right side.
FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-294 South to Palatine Road West (Willow Road exit). From Palatine Road, turn left onto Schoenbeck (just past Euclid Avenue) Schoenbeck is located about 4 miles
from 294. Follow it to the course. The entrance will be on the right side.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take I-294 North to Dempster Street West. Immediately turn right onto Rand Road. Follow Rand to Schoenbeck (just past Euclid) and turn right. Entrance is on the right side.
FROM THE WEST:
Take I-90 East to Route 53 North. Exit Euclid Avenue East to Rand Road. Turn left onto Rand Road and continue about half a block to Schoenbeck. Turn right and the entrance will be on the right side.
